Design Head & Business Development

Ar. Sneha Desai, a dynamic designer based in Pune, leads Design and Business Development at RUDRA. A graduate of PVP’s VIT College of Architecture, she plays a key role in driving innovation, business growth, and financial management. Her leadership has been crucial in resolving challenges and implementing efficient systems to enhance client engagement and vendor relations.

Sneha oversees Accounts, Finance, and Procurement across all divisions and is actively involved in all aspects of the business. She also manages the company’s social media and digital automation initiatives. Outside work, she is an avid reader, animal lover, and social enthusiast.

Ar. Narotham Medi

Project Head, RUDRA

Ar. Narotham Medi, an accomplished architect based in Pune, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to RUDRA as the Project Head. A graduate of SPA Delhi, with a master's degree in Construction Management, Narotham hails from Hyderabad and has worked on large-scale projects across India. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in steering the company to new heights, ensuring milestone completions and timely deliveries.
